As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues we want to assure you that the health, safety and well-being of our clients and staff remains an absolute priority for us.
First and foremost please follow the government’s advice which is always up to date and can be found on www.nhs.uk. Advice is also provided through a government media campaign so listen out for any new developments.
As a service provider we need to make some changes to the way we do things. These changes will, understandably, bring some limitations to normal service delivery but are designed to ensure that we keep you and your home safe and that we are there when you need us. They are designed in accordance with government advice, particularly in relation to limiting social contact, as we all try to do our bit to help manage the Coronavirus outbreak.
Our Property Management and Grey Street Sales and Lettings offices remain operational with reduced staff. Our Grey Street office is not open to the public unless essential – access is via appointment only.
Viewings and valuation appointments are offered virtually in the first instance.
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I get in contact with you?
A large number of staff remain operational from home and can be contacted during working hours via email. Working procedures and response times for a number of our services may be slightly delayed, although we will do our best to avoid this.
Depending on the nature of your enquiry we will endeavour to respond to you within two working days. We advise communications electronically where possible.
Our customer telephone lines at both offices remain operational, however, due to limited staffing to ensure staff safety and social distancing measures are adhered to, you may be required to leave a message and we will respond as promptly as possible. If you wish to contact our office via email, please email the relevant team.

Can I view a property?
Video viewings will be the first step to your enquiry. We will conduct physical viewings under strict health and safety guidelines where possible if there is no option to delay this and the interest is strong. All staff and clients will need to adhere to the strict guidelines we have in place.
What will happen with property repairs?
Our services will continue to be maintained with essential repairs and maintenance carried out, any urgent matters will be prioritised.
We will be constantly reviewing our processes in the hope of restarting all non-essential repairs on our properties as soon as possible. Further updates on this will be available in due course.
If you have a repair (emergency/non-emergency), please report it in the same way as normal.
How do I pay my rent?
You can still pay this in the normal way, online transfer, or by standing order. Telephone payments can be processed during office hours, please call 0191 2383899 if you wish to pay by this method.
We will continue to review and monitor the situation so that we can make adjustments when needed and can restore our services fully, when it is right to do so.
