PROFESSIONAL LET
• Reservation / Administration fee (non refundable)
60% months rent Inclusive of VAT (subject to a minimum of £420 Inclusive of VAT)
This fee covers reserving the property, referencing/credit checks, guarantor referencing and application/agreement if applicable and check in process-including assured shorthold tenancy agreement.
• One months rent and minimum of one months damage deposit to be paid on or before the move in date-in cleared funds. This can be paid by cash, card or bank transfer.
STUDENT LET

Student house/flat/room share, reservation/ administration fee is charged at
£210 Inclusive of VAT per tenant (non-refundable).
This fee covers reserving the property, referencing/credit checks, guarantor referencing and application/agreement and check in process-including assured shorthold tenancy agreement.
All UK students are required to provide a UK based guarantor.
• One months rent and minimum of one months damage deposit to be paid on or before move in date-in cleared funds. This can be paid by cash, card or bank transfer.
• International/Overseas students – Six months rent & minimum of one months damage deposit must be paid in advance on or before the move in date. Copy of passport and visa must also be provided and proof of residence.
ALL TENANTS
• Photographic identification and proof of residence must be provided by all tenants and guarantors.
APPLICATION PROCESS
You will be required to complete a tenancy application form (covering all aspects of referencing such as credit check and employment status). Guarantors will also be required to complete application forms and provide photographic identification and proof of residence. The application forms can be completed in branch or an email link can be sent to you.
Please note the property can be remarketed if forms are not returned within 5 working days
