With 18 years’ industry experience and over 10 years at Living Spaces, Vikki oversees the business. Knowing the company inside out, she has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to our customers, properties and the ever-changing market.
Kathryn has over 7 years’ experience in the industry and leads our Sales and Lettings teams at our Grey Street office. With several years of valuing expertise in busy city environments, Kathryn’s know-how is essential when selling or letting your home.
Hannah has been an invaluable member of our Sales team since joining in 2018. As our Sales specialist, Hannah visits all our properties with prospective buyers and works with our sellers to help meet their needs and get them moving.
Tom joined us from the recruitment industry in 2019 and brought his helpful and personable nature to Living Spaces. With expertise in customer service, Tom meets all our prospective tenants and often visits our Newcastle city centre properties.
Harry has recently joined Living Spaces from a sales background, bringing with him a personal approach when assisting our clients. Harry is often out in the City Centre, meeting prospective tenants and visiting our properties.
Karen has overseen our Property Management team for more than 14 years at Living Spaces. With a wide range of previous knowledge and experience, she’s an invaluable team member for managing our large portfolio of privately-rented properties.
Jo joined us over 11 years ago and has worked in our Property Management and Sales and Lettings teams. She’s brought vast knowledge to Living Spaces and continues to build great relationships with our customers who she’s known for years.
With 4 years’ previous experience in our Admin team, Steph now works in our Property Management department. She spends her time visiting properties, dealing with inventories, meeting tenants and landlords, and inspecting our properties to make sure they’re at the highest standard possible.
David joined our Property Management team from our Sales department. With a diverse range of expertise and skills, he looks after our customers’ needs by carrying out inspections and inventories in our properties.
Tina has worked with our Property Management team for several years. She has great experience and knowledge dealing with our range of properties outside of the city. Tina works across property maintenance, account queries, general management and is often the first to speak to customers when they call.
Kathryn joined Living Spaces from the education sector. Her very personable nature makes her an asset to our Property Management team, where she is responsible for conducting inspections and dealing with maintenance enquiries.
Grant joined Living Spaces from the Insurance sector. With many years of experience in customer service and administration, he is an asset to our Grey Street team. He spends his time drawing up tenancy agreements and helping new tenants through the referencing process, so that all is compliant when our tenants move into properties.
St Ann’s Quay is managed by owner Directors who are motivated to keep St Ann’s Quay a prestigious development. Issues such as anti-social behaviour can often arise in multi-occupancy buildings. A number of years ago, the Directors were facing frequent problems, particularly associated with tenants in rented apartments. Many landlords are not based in the local area and use letting agents to manage properties. To help combat these common anti-social issues, the Directors introduced a Letting Agent Charter and considered a wide range of letting agents who would proactively seek to align themselves with the Directors aims and vision of the building. Due to their professional attitude and business approach, the Directors selected Living Spaces as a preferred agent at St Ann’s Quay. It’s been a pleasure working with the team who are incredibly active at St Ann’s Quay and have been excellent and highly professional to work with. Thank you for all your help in ensuring the terms of our leases have been respected and in your helpful and flexible approach to running your business.
Living Spaces have proved over the years to be fantastic to work with, after experiencing a number of various letting agents looking after flats in the building, the directors took the decision to recommend Living Spaces to other leaseholders as our approved agents! We have found they always place a high standard of residents in the building and have a great general understanding of the requirements and difficulties experienced in the block on occasions. Livingspaces are the most proactive agents I have ever used during my many years as a landlord. They work tirelessly to find suitable new tenants and generally manage to keep the void periods to a minimum. The staff are friendly and polite and their central city centre location means that they are well placed to attract passing customers, especially those new to Newcastle. I would highly recommend them.
I asked Living Spaces to advertise my city centre apartment for sale in April 2014. Three days later I had an offer and around six further viewings arranged. The sale was completed in early August. It took longer than anticipated but that was due to some complications at the buyers end. Unfortunately I was out of the country for 3 weeks in June when the complications came to light. Vikki Higginbottom at Living Spaces was absolutely wonderful throughout the sale. She handled all of the issues for me and kept me informed on a weekly basis. She also regularly chased up the solicitors on both sides. I would certainly recommend Living Spaces and particularly Vikki who took a lot of the stress away and kept me sane Thank you!
