Sales and Lettings Specialist
Erin joined the Property Industry in Summer 2021 and brings a personal approach to each interaction with our clients. Having completed a Law Degree and worked in customer focused roles throughout her time at University, Erin is out and about the City Centre, meeting prospective tenants and visiting properties.
Lettings Specialist
Chris has nearly 17 years of customer service experience and has worked in all areas of estate agency. Chris previously worked in our Property Management team, and is now out and about at properties around Newcastle helping clients find their perfect home.
Administrator
Joanne joined Living Spaces with over 25 years’ experience with the Army and HMRC, and is an asset to our Grey Street team. She is responsible for drawing up tenancy agreements and legal paperwork, conducting the referencing and check-in process.
Property Manager
Georgia has worked in property since leaving school. She spends her time at properties carrying out inventories, organising repairs and inspecting properties at the start and end of tenancies to make sure they're at the highest standard possible.

Ian is responsible for carrying out scheduled property inspections and completing reports for landlords and tenants. He has varied experience and knowledge to draw from a long career as a business owner before moving into the property industry.

Carla developed her property industry experience in student accommodation before joining Living Spaces. She now assists our Property Managers and Inspectors with office administration and liaising with contractors to arrange repairs.
Apprentice Business Administrator
Naomi supports our Property Management team using her excellent communication and organisation skills to assist Property Managers and Inspectors with office administration and liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors.
