Repairs and maintenance

We have teamed up with Fixflo to provide our tenants with a brand-new repairs portal.

All repairs and maintenance issues must be reported in writing on the portal, rather than reporting to our team over the phone or email.

The portal is available in many different languages and provides helpful advice and tips.

Here’s how to report your repair requests anytime, anywhere in three simple steps:

  1. Visit https://livingspaces.fixflo.com – no download or install required and you can report issues 24/7 using any device
  2. Provide as much detail as possible – photos and videos are always helpful
  3. Hit confirm – full details of your request will be sent to our property management team

Should you encounter a genuine emergency when our office is closed, please note Everything Lettings Ltd are appointed to deal with our out of hours emergencies. Please call us on 0191 238 3899 and your call will be forwarded to the out of hours team.

Examples of genuine emergencies:

  • no hot water
  • no heating
  • no electrics
  • water leak
  • security problem (e.g. break-in or lost keys)

Please note that any call out reported that is not considered to be an emergency will be charged back to you.

Any lost key call outs will be chargeable to tenants.
