  • International/Overseas Students – Six months rent and a minimum of one months damage deposit, must be paid in advance on or before the move in date. Copy of passport and visa must also be provided and proof of residence.

ALL TENANTS

  • Photographic identification and proof of residence must be provided by all tenants and guarantors.

APPLICATION PROCESS

You will be required to complete a tenancy application form (covering all aspects of referencing such as credit check and employment status). Guarantors will also be required to complete application forms and provide photographic identification and proof of residence. The application forms can be completed in branch or an email link can be sent to you.

Please note the property can be remarketed if forms are not returned within 5 working days.
