Rebecca has valuable knowledge of the property sector from her background in estate agency and conveyancing. As a Valuer, Rebecca spends her time out and about assessing rental and sale values and marketing properties for our clients.
Administrator
Joanne joined Living Spaces with over 25 years’ experience with the Army and HMRC, and is an asset to our Grey Street team. She is responsible for drawing up tenancy agreements and legal paperwork, conducting the referencing and check-in process.
Sales Specialist
Joseph spends his time out and about in Newcastle, meeting with prospective clients and helping them choose their new home. He developed excellent customer service skills during previous roles in hospitality before beginning his property career in Dubai.
Lettings Specialist
Luke helps tenants find their ideal homes and supports landlords in letting their properties. His enthusiasm and customer-first approach ensures that Luke handles viewings and enquiries with professionalism and dedication.
Accompanied Viewer / Lettings Specialist
Molly completes our Lettings team and meets prospective tenants, books and attends viewings, and assists with general administration. She has great local knowledge and a very personable approach to engaging with lettings clients.
Property Manager
Georgia has worked in property since leaving school. She spends her time at properties carrying out inventories, organising repairs and inspecting properties at the start and end of tenancies to make sure they're at the highest standard possible.
