Joanne joined Living Spaces with over 25 years’ experience with the Army and HMRC, and is an asset to our Grey Street team. She is responsible for drawing up tenancy agreements and legal paperwork, conducting the referencing and check-in process.
Valuer
As our Valuer, Hayden is responsible for assessing rental and sale values, marketing properties for clients, and providing support for our Sales and Lettings Teams. He brings extensive experience in property and a passion for helping clients.
Sales Specialist
Joseph spends his time out and about in Newcastle, meeting with prospective clients and helping them choose their new home. He developed excellent customer service skills during previous roles in hospitality before beginning his property career in Dubai.

Luke helps tenants find their ideal homes and supports landlords in letting their properties. His enthusiasm and customer-first approach ensures that Luke handles viewings and enquiries with professionalism and dedication.

Molly supports the Lettings team by meeting prospective tenants, arranging and attending viewings, and handling general administration. Her excellent local knowledge and personable approach ensures strong engagement with lettings clients.
